FRIDAY: Surf heights are in the thigh to waist-high range this morning with bumpy conditions from a steady southeasterly wind.
Wave heights should increase to waist-high with plus size sets by mid-morning during the high tide push.
SATURDAY: Saturday’s surf will decrease some into the thigh- to waist-high range.
Brief early morning offshore winds will clean up the lines followed by a gentle onshore breeze in the afternoon.
SUNDAY: Sunday’s surf will remain in the thigh- to waist-high range with bumpy conditions again from a steady southeasterly wind.
Cocoa Beach ocean temperatures now average 75 degrees.
A vest or springsuit for early morning surfers may provide the best option this weekend.
